Our Engagement Model
We are big fans of a couple of key approaches to business.
We subscribe to Seth Godin’s idea of the Purple Cow – we want to be extraordinary in our chosen, and very narrow, niche. Here is a link to more information on the Purple Cow.

In short we have a passion for what we do, we are keen to engage with people wanting to improve things at their business and for their end-users and customers.
When we engage we are simply looking to see if we can add value – if not we will likely recommend an approach that does not involve us but might still help you.
We do not cold call, we do not hard-sell and we don’t apply 1980’s and 1990’s strong-arm sales techniques – mainly because they don’t make us feel good and when people try them on us we want to burn their houses down!
